Land Rover has launched a new set of TV Ads – ClayNation – featuring a clay actor called Clay Mason. In this video the interview with ‘Clay Mason’ is stitched in front of the advert. It must have been a lot of work to make this advert, clay animation is never easy to make.
However, this agency from London has done a great job!

This is not really how you would imagine a soft-drink making promotion, but hey, this is 2010 right? Orangina and the french agency Fred & Farid made several parodies of other ad categories; mouthwash, deodorant, cleaning products, skin care and so on.. All because the new Orangina has no colorants nor artificial flavors!
Pretty weird but infectious compilation!

Pilot, the Japanese pen manufacturer based in Tokyopromoted its new pen ‘Frixion’ by making this following animation spot. The idea behind it lays in the evolution of mankind.
“Millions of years ago we have been created as a simple black point, evolved over fish, reptilian and other species into modern men. But nowadays, advanced technologies make us loose our way. We only sit around looking in a digital screen, getting fat and useless.”

Speedy Gonzalez, the animated cartoon Mouse from the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes, came all the way from Mexico to the United Kingdom to promote the broadband of Virgin Media. And yes, what else than the speed of the internet would Speedy be emphasizing..
Not only this TV-spot was created for Virgin media but also a billboard out of cheese..

Nokia: N8 teeny-tiny film

To launch the Nokia N8, advertising agency W+K London created a series of videos demonstrating a range of madness actually achievable with the device and Nokia technology.

The theme is “It’s not technology, it’s what you do with it,” and the campaign shows several eye-popping feats executed using inventive hacks of Nokia tech. Among them, a hamster-wheel-powered phone charger and Dot, a film featuring a 9mm character and shot on the N8.

This commercial has been made by, Ruf Lanz Werbeagentur AG. It shows money bills, evoluting into all kind of animals. They refer to their bank as an institution which keeps on growing. In the end the money bill changes into a man, showing their capability as a bank.
It reminds us of the commercial made by Bontrust, who also had more or less the same idea, altough the ending is uncomparable
