To show the hydrating effects of the all-new Intense Hydration face care line from Burt’s Bees, the agency re-imagined the typical “Before & After” demonstration by constructing a billboard using thousands of coupons. Then they let the power of curiosity take it from there..

Who remembers this ad from St Matthew in the City, a church based in Auckland New Zealand? Well, they did it again. We definitely love the wordplay in ‘we don’t care who’s on top’.

This billboard looks a bit fake, but it’s definitely a great stunt to promote that McDonald’s is open at night. Really smart play with the logo.

Cool idea from two Korean students. For Dulcolax, the laxative medicine, they want to make an outdoor advertisement showing a rollercoaster going through a billboard of a persons legs. That way it seems like the person is having a quick relief of constitution. Not sure if the advertiser is going to like this idea, but you have to admit it, it’s creative!

Publicis amsterdam took advertising for a non-profit organization to the next level. This campaign is definitely unique in its kind and will surely create a lot of buzz. The voice of people with the deadly muscle disease ALS is represented in a series of commercials, print, billboard and bannering campaigns. The special thing about this campaign is that it won’t be released until the person in the ad has deceased. A very powerful approach which will definitely turn some heads.

Misereor: Power of a coin

This is a cool billboard for Misereor, one of Europe’s biggest children’s charity organisations. In one billboard they wanted to prove that a simple piece of two Euros can change a lot of things. They have some Rube Goldberg machine thing going which is pretty entertaining. Accompanied with Facebook integration this can be a very efficient campaign.

During the Chinese Dragon Festival, a board with 11,000 holes in it appeared near a newly opened cafe. Chopsticks were handed out and you had to split them, pushing one into the board and keep the other one in order to receive a discount. This resulted in a huge dragon billboard made by more than 10.000 chopsticks.

Mumbai Traffic Police: Seat belts save

Well apparently seat belts don’t only save people’s lives in a car. This giant billboard started to tilt over but was held back with a giant seatbelt. What a fun and simple way to convey the message.
