Everyone knows the legend that eating carrots improves your eyesight. With this billboard the advertising agency is implying you need to eat more carrots from HAK if you can’t read the message. The billboard probably isn’t that effective for by passers but the idea is great.

The last few months we’ve seen some really creative stuff done with billboards. First there was the billboard carved in wood, after this we found a billboard that was completely drawn by hand. And now again we have a hand-drawn billboard, the backlight gives a really good touch to the concept.

German glue manufacturer UHU created this amazing billboard. They started with a 50’s style billboard and added torn up layers on top of it, this creates the illusion that the poster has been there for years. Like said in the copy: “If it sticks forever & a day, it must be UHU anyway. The everlasting glue.”

Speedy Gonzalez, the animated cartoon Mouse from the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes, came all the way from Mexico to the United Kingdom to promote the broadband of Virgin Media. And yes, what else than the speed of the internet would Speedy be emphasizing..
Not only this TV-spot was created for Virgin media but also a billboard out of cheese..
Check it out after the jump!

This is a billboard that actually cries, if it would have been a statue of The Virgin Mary they might consider it to be a miracle. It’s nicely done, but it reminds us a lot of this one we’ve posted over a year ago.
