Millions of people around the world have no access to clean drinking water. 4,200 children die of water-related diseases everyday. If you donate a dollar to Unicef you can provide a child with 40 days of clean drinking water. You can donate by putting a dollar in this beverage machine in New York. But you can also do this by texting or online on the official unicef website of this initiative.
But we are more interested in this specific initiative launched by Casanova Pendrill. They’ve put a beverage machine out on the streets of new york, this machine only sells dirty water. You wouldn’t drink this water, why should other people have to?

Duracell is a well-known batteries manufacturer. It did some research about the company and it is actually owned by Procter and Gamble, I never knew that. Anyway they always make great advertisements. This one is a nice ambient that show Durcell batteries are a great power source.

In New Zealand most traffic accidents happen when it’s raining. People are just driving too reckless and irresposible. With this campaign The governement tries to create awareness for this problem.
Colenso BBDO placed a billboard that actually bleeds when it starts to rain. I think this is a brilliant idea.
Here I go again with a Heineken advertisement. This billboard ad is an old one but since I’m a big fan of the Heineken commercials I had to post this one. 2D billboards are almost on every street corner these days and there for they do not attract that much attention anymore. That is way Heineken made this 3D billboard of a hand grabbing the bottle of beer.
Just like I’ve posted yesterday, today is another great usage of technology in a billboard.
This campaign won a “Bronze Cannes Lions Media” award.
Equiped with motion detectors and flashes, this billboard makes bypassers feel like superstars. When you walk the red carpet you feel like being photographed, the red carpet leads directly to the Nikon store.
Duval Guillaume Antwerp seduced the Cannes jury again. This year they won a bronze Lion with the Komatsu direct mailing campaign.
Komatsu is a brand of heavy construction machines, in Belgium they don’t have a lot of clients. With this direct mailing action they wanted to get 5 new big key clients for Komatsu. They dropped the envelope in the mailbox of these 5 companies, but not in an ordinary way. They used a big Komatsu machine to do this. Talking about extreme precision?
