I just saw this one today for the first time and I absolutely love it. They used the contrast between black and white to the max. It kinda reminds me of good old Frank Miller comic books. It’s definitly worth clicking on the images to see them in full size, the amounth of detail is amazing.

I always knew that Snow White had a dark side.. Nowadays you see her in her new role Ho White.
Chilling naked in bed and smoking a cigarette, next to her brood of shag-mates, the Seven Dwarfs..

This is a new ad for the Australia’s Jamieson’s Brewery.. The agency (The Foundry) made this ad as a part of a campaign that positions the brewers raspberry ale as ‘Anything but sweet’..
After some commotion of Disney, The Foundry had to stop it’s campaign. Too bad, because I think they could make some other funny print ads or even Tv spots..

Hand From Above encourages us to question our typical routine when we time and again find ourselves rushing from one destination to another.

It is inspired by Land of the Giants and Goliath, that we are reminded of mythical stories by a giant hand from the BBC Big Screen. The pedestrians that were passing by were tickled, stretched, flicked or entirely removed in real-time by a giant deity.

The idea was created by FACT: Foundation for Art & Creative Technology and Liverpool City Council for BBC Big Screen Liverpool and the Live Sites Network and realized by London artist Chris O’Shea. It was launched during the Abandon Normal Devices Festival.

This is a nice idea! It looks like a skier going down the hill, but then he goes back up. Could it be an Audi?

Got Milk: Battle for Milquarious

Posted by Bert Callens - Category: Online

How can you make your kids drink milk? That’s a question that many parents can’t answer.. Nowadays youngsters don’t drink milk anymore, because it’s not cool and not good.
But dear parents, do not fear! Creative Criminals has found the solution; Give your kid a glass of milk, and let them see this short movie (22 minutes!) of a Rock Star called White Gold

The video is created by Goodby & Silverstein and is based on the succes of White Gold songs last year.
For this year they decided to make a ‘Rock Opera’. The main character is a 70’s Rock Star that not only loves himself, but is a great fan of milk. He’s in love with Strawberry Summers, the only girl in the galaxy with as much milking-hotness as he has..

But the fairy tale doesn’t last long.. Suddenly soldiers of Nasterious, the enemy of White Gold, invades Milquarious and steals all the milk and kidnaps the beautiful Strawberry Summers.. What you can see next is an adventure of White gold with his good friend Jug Life, singing their way through to catch the villain and free the girl..
Click on the picture to see this funny movie!

If you have some free time, it’s really worth looking at the movie. The actors are great, funny humor, kind of Power Ranger battles, and good songs.. And if I may ad one good tip: Give yourself a good jug of cold milk while you look at the adventures of White Gold.. It makes you feel like a hero!

Belgian advertising agency Germaine refreshed the whole fundraising campaign for the Foodbanks of Belgium. The campaign is based on the iconic fork-visual that Foodbanks used for years but just made more contemporary. Foodbanks also uses a new technique to raise money for the hungry by using barcodes.

The Belgian Foodbanks hereby hope to reach a younger audience that doesn’t know that even in Belgian welfare society over 170.000 people still suffer from hunger every day. Belgium a small country in Europe has just over 10 million inhabitants.

“Donate a barcode. Feed the hungry” is the slogan that goes along with this campaign that runs from 15-21 October 2009. You can get a folder with barcodes at local supermarkets. You are able to donate €1,5 , €3 or €6 ($2.20, $4.40 and $9) which translate into respectively into a breakfast, a hot meal and three meals.

Roy Award Show: animals

I laughed my ass off with this one. It’s a TV spot for Roy – “The Award Show for Great Directors”. The one with the bunnies is actually the best. The gold fish is a little over the top I think. I’m sure animal rights activists will not like this!
