Ogilvy Brussels was looking for a new webdesigner with fresh ideas. They knew that unemployed webdesigners can’t afford the crazily expensive application suite they need to work and they may be tempted to download it through a not so legal way. They uploaded a file supposed to provide the essential application suite on many pirate sharing websites. When webdesigners downloaded the file, they discovered that the application suite was not in the package.

Leo Burnett Paris created this awesome creative calendar with all the deadlines for the advertising awards in 2011-2012. This is something indispensable for everyone working in advertising, and besides that it’s just really cool.

Swiss advertising agency Numero10 is back, this time they are recruiting a social media and viral marketing intern. This Friday they will organize a live chat at 6 PM (Swiss time) on Rumpetroll.com. It is a creative chat website created by Norwegian developpers, unfortunately it has not too many active users. Hopefully this will change.

The office building of the Dutch advertising agency Doom & Dickson is getting renovated, during these works a strange message was sent into the world. Funny thing is the fact that Jack Doom and Bill Dickson never existed; they are made up personalities. These supposedly founders of the advertising agency even have their own book and website. Fantastic branding we say.

This spot is made as a self-promo for the Italian advertising agency H-57 Creative Station. The spot only takes 60 seconds, but after the endless credits you can watch some ‘bloopers’ as well. The entire concept is just simple and fresh.

The Belgian advertising agency Happiness Brussels is hiring a new graphic designer. For a good graphic designer it is important that he/she has good taste. To find this they were looking for the most tasteless thing ever made for a computer. And we are sure that everyone who is a little into graphic design will agree on this one: the font ‘Comic Sans’! It’s one of the most ugly, yet still most used fonts on the history of computers.
So to find a graphic designer that doesn’t want to indulge in these known clichés, Happiness Brussels has created the ‘Comic Sans Destroyer’, a downloadable application that will erase Comic Sans once and for all from your computer. Only after using this application and so removing all forms of Comic Sans, people can apply for the job as graphic designer.
