Remember the sexy commercial once made for Axe (Lynx) in 2006 where thousands of women were running to get hand of a guy spraying himself with the deodorant? Well now Axe spoofed their own commercial with a world record. On the beach of Bournemouth, 152 gorgeous women ran to a giant shower where a guy was washing himself with, yes Axe, and took a joint shower.. The record will appear in The Guinness Book of world record.

Bing’s Decode with Jay-Z campaign, launched in 2010, was recognized with Gold at the One Show held in New York. The out of home campaign involved placing each of the 320 pages of Jay Z’s book, Decode, in 600 unique traditional, nontraditional and digital advertising placements 15 cities around the world. Visitors to the Decode with Jay-Z site were able to claim prizes for identifying the location of the pages on Bing Maps.

Books are losing the battle for childrens attention. To promote “Doctor Proktor and the end of the world. Maybe” – about the cruel monster The Moon Chameleon a monster exihibition at the Natural History Museum in Norway was launched. This resulted that the book went to no. 1 on the sales charts of all literature – as the first Norwegian childrens book ever.

Bavaria, the Dutch beer brand is promoting its beer in a unique way. Everyone probably knows the book ‘Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus’, this one is a parody on it. In this case they are saying: men are from ‘Bars’.
