UTEC or The University of Engineering and Technology, needed a solution to get students interested in applying for an engineering program. They decided to start by changing a local problem. Lima is the second largest capital in the world set on a desert, so the lack potable water is a huge problem. Having in mind that the presence of rain is almost zero, but at the same time the atmospheric humidity is about 98%, this inspired them to build the first billboard that produces drinking water out of air.

‘Touch both sides for added enjoyment’ with the Playstation Vita. A rather tacky visual is used to illustrate this. But in a certain way it works and will definitely get the attention of their target audience.

This commercial definitely is not of superb technical quality. But it definitely made us laugh. Animals on the tails of airplanes are having a conversation about a new airport used by Frontier Airlines.

To promote the ‘monster suction’ of the new Miele vacuum cleaner. A tunnel was converted into a huge vacuum hose. Or that’s at least what they are implying in this commercial. Unfortunately it’ a fake. But that doesn’t change the fact they got a lot of free media attention with it.

This installation counts down to the start of the new season of The Walking Dead, a television show about an apocalyptic world filled with zombies. Every day a rotting finger is taken down until the last one is removed. People could take a picture of themselves with the billboard and win one of the fingers after tweeting their picture. As an added perk, zombies were chained to the installation as well.
