Lego: Crane

We don’t know if this is a real ambient advertisement since there has been some discussion about the genuineness. Allegedly the giant Lego block has been hung on a crane in Santiago, Chile.

Life’s hard when you’re a fat dog. With this slogan, Nutripro, a manufacterer of dog food, launched a print campaign. On the prints you can see two dogs making out, when a fat dog is watching.
Odd approach, but the buzz is going round!

Dos en Uno: Huge Bubblegum

Posted by Bert Callens on March 10, 2010 No comments yet

Since 1959, Dos en Uno has been Chile’s most popular bubblegum. It has promised various generations of children great tasting bigger bubbles. In 2009, the brand needed to communicate it’s 50th anniversary. For 50 years Dos en Uno has allowed kids to make bigger bubbles. A 50 foot balloon, appearing to be a giant bubblegum, was created to celebrate the brand’s 50th anniversary. The Dos en Uno balloon flew over various cities with a giant sized kid attached to it, giving onlookers the impression the child was blowing a bubble.

Colun light yoghurt: Exercise bike

Posted by Sander Janssen on February 22, 2010 No comments yet

Everyone knows this ‘problem’ with women. They want to lose some weight and decide do start exercising, off course running outside just won’t do it so they want an expensive home trainer. And after 3 weeks the thing is just standing there. The only purpose they can find for it now is by using it to hang their clothes and accessories. This print summarizes all this perfectly, the editing is a little off though.

Nescafé: ZZZZzzzz

Posted by Rindert Dalstra on January 17, 2010 2 comments

This is a remarkable print advertisement for Nescafe that lays emphasis on the human’s need of coffee as the first thing in the morning. The advertisement interestingly showing lines of the letter ‘Z’ which signifies the sound made when we sleep by inhaling and exhaling. In the last line ‘Z’ starts straightening to the letter ‘N’, eventually it will say ‘Nescafe’. The tagline that goes along is: Nothing wakes you up as Nescafe.

Unicef: folders

Posted by Sander Janssen on October 25, 2009 1 comment

This is a very powerfull campaign. I think everybody who will come across it will read it untill the end, and be shocked in some way. They illustrated the anonimity of the internet in a superb way, everyone can hide stuff behind some folders…
I just hope they didn’t publish the ad in this version, can anyone find the typo?

Papelito: Sticky Notes, meeting report

Posted by Sander Janssen on October 13, 2009 No comments yet

Brilliant in it’s simplicity! I can’t explain exactly why, I think it’s just one of those ads you like or don’t like.
When I saw it the first time I just immediatly thought of post-it’s whitout even seeing the brand on the bottom right. So I don’t know if it’s such a good way to fight the competition of 3M with their post-it’s.

Restaurant Mirador del Alto

Posted by Sander Janssen on August 31, 2009 1 comment

Art & Gastronomy
Music & Gastronomy
Entertainment & Gastronomy

These are the 3 slogans used in these prints for a restaurant in Chile. Personally I prefer the one with the piano. Too bad something went wrong in the upload, I suppose the right hand side of the ad isn’t the way it supposed to be.

UPDATE: Thanks to Nicolas I found out this ad isn’t as original as I thought. Click here. to see it’s shamelessly copied.
