Advertising agency Grey in Hong Kong designed these three print advertisements for a new kind of Pringles called Rice Infusion. Nice creative idea if you consider that the following dishes generally are served with normal rice.

Tostitos is a brand of tortilla chips and dips produced by Frito-Lay. They are made from all-white corn and best with dip-sauce. In this video the Brand Tostitos and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners made an impressive animation video.
I feel like eating dip sauce right now..
In Ireland there has been a lot of controversy against the latest campaign of Hunky Dorys, a potato chips manufacterer. The campaigns features some beautiful models playing rugby with suggestive headlines such as “Are you staring at my crisps?”. Moreover they launched an interactive website where you could take a peek in the locker room.. Clearly an attempt to cath the attention of the young male target market.
What’s wrong with that, most of us would say. Well, the Irish rugby officials do not want their sport to be associated with such ‘filth’.
They should be glad, it is free advertising for their sport!

Frito-Lay is a company that produces potato chips, but it’s extremely concerned about the environment as well. They dream of a world with less waste. That’s why they’ve introduced a bag made from plants so it’s fully compostable. A chips package is designed to fully break down in just 14 weeks.
After the jump you can see a movie that shows the composting process of one bag of chips.

KiMs is a Danish owned brand of chips and snacks. Apparently two men took the wrong bag with them out of the supermarket. The slogan that goes along with this funny TV commercial is “No KIMs no joy.” Somehow it reminds us of the Heineken walk-in fridge commercial.
This is the story of Alan a wannabe rock star.
Alan has everything what a real rock star should have: the trappings, the leather jacket, the pants, his long hair and even the androgyny looks.. The only thing he misses, is talent..
So that makes him the perfect Guitar Hero..
Check out the whole video, it’s really worth while waiting until you see when Alan finds his new destiny.. Actually I was kind of happy for him at the end..
It’s a four-minute-plus music video that is made for Doritos , pushing the brand’s tie-in with Guitar Hero in the U.K.

The world famous potato chips company Lay’s lets people believe that they grow their potatoes above the Jackson Tunnel. Nice way the catch your attention. The billboard in the tunnel says for obvious reasons: “Our potatoes are gown closer than you may think”.
Doritos brought during Halloween two flavors ‘back from the dead’. This line extension couldn’t go unnoticed so logically they created a campaign to promote these 2 new flavours..
Because the campaign started out in Halloween, the creators decided to involve some horror. On the website of Hotel 626 people were invited to enter the hotel online, were they could play a sort of ‘escape-game’.
From the moment they entered online they were trapped and the only way out was through scary challenges using their mobile phone, microphone and webcam.
Spicy detail: the website is only ‘open’ from 6pm till 6am, so the creators wanted the people to play in the dark.. (Unless you put on your light..)
This website is more than just a escape-game. It’s an interactive game, where you get several calls on your cell phone with directions on how to get out. Your webcam also takes a snapshot from the gamer while playing, and later on you’ll find your that picture in the game.
This campaign won several awards:
Bronze at the Andy Awards 2009, bronze at the CLIO Awards 2009, Gold Pencil at One Show Interactive 2009, and several others. Probably they’ve got a good shot to win something at Cannes Lions too.
