The summer is coming..
Many can’t wait until the season begins. BBQ’s, holidays, swimming, tanning, …
But for many the summer isn’t all about fun. They’re realizing that in a couple of months they will have to look fit and in shape, if they want to lay on the beach to rest and tan..

For years now, products and fitness-clubs are advertising to attract people to use their product or service. It comes in all shapes and sizes. We’ve selected some of them for you, beginning in the year 1920 and ending up with a woman in the eigthies, that probably would have beaten us all back then..
Enjoy!

In other words, if you are ashamed of yourself and want to hide this from others, just go into a gym and do exercise.

This is a really original idea. Roland Semprie is a Canadian personal trainer and to promote his services this T-shirt was designed. Imagine a lot of people wearing this at the gym, it’s pretty funny.

Duval Guillaume made a wrongly addressed mailing, on purpose of course. Everyone reveived a letter addressed to his or her neighbour. They counted on everyone to do what good neighbours do, namely go outside and put the letter in the neighbour’s mailbox. Like this everyone got some exercise. But that’s not enough to get in shape, that’s why the letter invited everyone for a free session at the HealthCity fitness center.

People that wait on this bench for the bus to arrive will see how much they weigh. It is displayed on the side and everybody can see it. So maybe it is time to start to fitness at Fitness First. Of course the lady in the picture can always say that her bag weighs a lot.
