Nike adds another stunt to their better world project. Introducing their most environmentally friendly kits ever. Made by using an average of 13 recycled plastic bottles per shirt and short. Since 2010, Nike Football has used an estimated 115 million recycled plastic bottles to create its high performance kits. Check out the video below to see how these shirts are made.

Yesterday the famous Ronaldo played his farewell match with Brazil’s national team against Romania. Nike made a commercial in his honour to thank him for what he has done to football. B.R. and A.R. are central in this spot obviously meaning Before and After. Before and After what/who? The one and only Ronaldo off course, the Ronaldo with the number 9 on his shirt. After the Michael Jordan era at Nike they are now turning Ronaldo in an icon as well.
