At the auto salon in São Paulo, the new Honda Fit Twist was launched. Not by simply showing the car, but by using it to create music. With a lot of electronic tweeks two DJ’s could use the controls in the car to make their own beats, while driving on a huge record player! We do hope it’s not a pre recorded track but a real live performance. On a sidenote, we’re wondering why in the world this guy is wearing nail polish?

Here’s something you haven’t seen before. “The Experiment” is a website created by Wieden + Kennedy London where visitors could make their own chain reaction by dragging windows and placing them in a certain order.
Very creative!

Five years ago Honda launched their epic “Impossible Dream” TV commercial, in which a moustachioed-singing-test-driver, moved between vehicles from a speedboat to a Formula 1 car. Now Honda is releasing an extended version which is about to air across Europe featuring a jet, a hydrogen-powered car and its robot Asimo.

Asimo (Advanced Step in Innovative MObility) is a humanoid robot created by Honda. Standing at 130 centimeters and weighing 54 kilograms, the robot resembles a small astronaut wearing a backpack. It is able to walk or run on two feet an can reach a speed up to 6km/h. ASIMO was created at Honda’s Research & Development Wako Fundamental Technical Research Center in Japan. It stands for Honda’s perfection and innovation.

Asimo makes his return in a brand-building goodwill trek through Canada. In this spot he’s studying human weaknesses for an eventual robo-takeover. He is a witness of people playing street hockey, barbecuing, ice fishing and other stuff.
It also has musical talent. Check Asimo out conducting the Detroit Symphony Orchestra to raise awareness for music education.

Honda: Jazz

This campaign has been made in Australia for the new Honda Jazz.
It shows millions of ‘Mega Bloks’ flow in and out of the car, transforming into a dog, a huge wave, an octopus and so on.. Even though the car is just standing in a grey hall, the commercial is lively and attractive because of the nice animation.

I guess this is a computer animation, attempting to look like real hand-made stop motion video. I’ve searched the internet for a making of and didn’t find anything. But even though this is not ‘real’ it’s a nice commercial..
