Funny commercial for Tata Sky+, a channel in India. It is called ‘The Prison Break’ and is the longest aired commercial ever on the Indian Television. Not only the commercial triggers people to watch it to the end, the clue in the end is great as well.

Once Again, a Bangalore-based NGO, collects items you don’t use anymore, sells it at a minimal price to the underprivileged and uses these funds to empower them through various sustainable projects. To maximize youth-participation in this cause with no budgets in hand, they created The Tagging Drive on Facebook.


Chennai Traffic Police: Drink and Get Driven

By and large, Indians are a God-fearing and superstitious lot. Zara, a popular Tapas Bar in Chennai, in association with Chennai Traffic Police decided to address drunken driving (responsible for 70% of road fatalities in India), by leveraging this mindset. Yama, the God of Death from Hindu mythology was used to drive home the message, quietly arriving in the patron’s car when the valet brought it back. Seeing the God of Death as a wake-up call, most patrons who experienced the live stunt opted to use the drivers-for-hire service.

In India, when it comes to signing on official documents, the thumb impression is a common alternative exercised by illiterate adults. Using design Leo Burnett Mumbai turned the symbol of illiteracy into a tool to write.
