The ISPCC or the Irish Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Children made this intense and powerful spot. The acting performance by this child is superb, he is telling us why he wants to grow up. Don’t tell us this doesn’t take your breath away and makes you want to donate right away.

In Ireland there has been a lot of controversy against the latest campaign of Hunky Dorys, a potato chips manufacterer. The campaigns features some beautiful models playing rugby with suggestive headlines such as “Are you staring at my crisps?”. Moreover they launched an interactive website where you could take a peek in the locker room.. Clearly an attempt to cath the attention of the young male target market.

What’s wrong with that, most of us would say. Well, the Irish rugby officials do not want their sport to be associated with such ‘filth’.
They should be glad, it is free advertising for their sport!

Irish consumers can now share the secret of Carlsbergs brewing success in their new TV advertisement entitled “The Secret”. Carlsberg perfected the secret to brewing consistently quality lager in 1883 and then shared it with other breweries because Carlsberg knew that their original could not be beaten.

This commercial was developed specifically for the Irish market. What will Guinness say?
