Mini created this billboard to promote their new Countryman in Milan, Italy. The rather humorous thing about this is that they created a fake billboard on the other side with surfboard in order to make the ad work. We have never heard of Malamalama. Thank you Selectism for the picture!

Hitler in Pink

In Palermo, a clothing company put up large billboards of Hitler, showing the Nazi leader, dressed in a pink uniform with a heart armband, telling young people to change style. The billboards said: “Change style. Don’t follow your leader.”.
Logically, there has been a lot of controverse around this campaign. Yet the company defends itself by claiming that the posters ridicule Hitler and encourage young people to make their own choices.

The campaign won Bronze on the 2010 edition of Cannes Lions.

la Repubblica: Sounds for silence

La Republica is an Italian newspaper, with this campaign they are promoting DVD’s you can get with your newspaper. On this DVD’s are old silent films but the music on them is reinterpreted by modern musicians. For this print they have used the famous silhouette of Charlie Chaplin, his hat and moustache are known all over the world.

Heineken: reaction time

Normally only Rindert is posting ads for Heineken, but with this one I couldn’t leave it. Everybody knows you shouldn’t drink and drive, but people still do it a lot. Brands of alcohol are making more and more campaigns against it, and most of the times these campaigns are really good. This print is an older one, but still worth sharing with you, it delivers the message really clear.

Betclic Poker is an Italian poker website. With this advert they have ended the dull commercials for other online gambling rooms. Especially for people who play poker this spot is extremely funny, the best part is when the 3d little person enters the fighting ring. For the ones who don’t know the rules of poker: three of a kind always beats a pair, even if it’s a pair of kings.
