I posted this ad because I like the idea behind it..
It’s original and it shows that Subaru is not only a sportscar, but also a comfortable car.
During the making it must be odd to feel hundreds of hands touching your butt, but hey: the result is nice!
This installation was placed on location with a large concentration of children and parents. A mechanism inflated and deflated large rubber balls, causing the impression that someone was blowing such a big bubble that it would be coming out of openings and windows.
Coral is a known producer of paint. To promote it’s premium decoration line they handed out coloured light bulbs. With these light bulbs aimed at a wall, people can see how much change a different colour can bring. It’s a sipmle idea but I think it’s really good.
This guy is pretty honest about his holliday. I love this ad because it’s not something you would expect in a commercial for sour drops. Also the slogan “sour in every way” is really good.
Red Cross Portugal (Cruz Vermelha) opened up a temporary store in 2008 before Christmas. The store sold ‘hope‘, the product you can feel but not see, touch, wear or hear, the perfect gift alternative for Christmas. They opened the shop in the most popular shopping mall in Lisbon, where the fund raising begun.
The news spread fast and all over the world. Hope was a popular product bought by many people..
The campaign, by Leo Burnett, Lisbon won six awards at Cannes Lions including a Gold Direct Lion.
Strange..
This is a 12-minute ad for Tapax, made by Leo Burnett. How can you possibly make a good short movie, about sanitary towel, without boring the viewers?
By changing the girl, in a boy, but with girly genitals..
Pirelli made this advertisement with the logan: There is nothing eco-friendlier on the road. I can think of more than one that is eco-friendlier but the idea behind this is simple but very creative.
You probably all know Cannes Lions, it’s one of the biggest International Advertising Festivals. Like the famous film festival of Cannes, Cannes Lions is a global festival for people working in advertising. It is a seven-day festival where the best commercials worldwide are rated by a jury.
This year Cannes Lions is running from 21-27 June.
Creative Criminals is looking forward to this event, because only the best of the best can compete with eachother during this festival. Therefore we decided to share the winning commercials of last year, with our loyal CC-followers.
Every week, untill the Cannes Lions Festival starts, we’ll post a selection of the award-winning campaigns. We already have posted an award-winning commercial of last year: Little Hands from Herringbone.
For this week we posted a commercial from Petronas, one of the biggest oil & gas companies of the world.
It tells the story of Tan Hong Ming, a malaysian kid who is in love with a girl from his school.. Our children are colour blind, shouldn’t we keep them that way..
This ad won gold in the category ‘Comprising film’
Thums Up is a popular brand of cola in India, it was launched to get rid of international brands. At first the brand tried to beat Coca-Cola, but after some time Coca-Cola bought this brand, and now it’s actually property of Coca-Cola India. In this video two friends do some pretty cool ‘parkhour’ stunts.
