Leo Burnett Paris created this awesome creative calendar with all the deadlines for the advertising awards in 2011-2012. This is something indispensable for everyone working in advertising, and besides that it’s just really cool.

The following three print advertisements were made by advertising agency Biedermann in Paraguay as part of a self promo stunt. The McCann owned agency advertise that they create good ideas with a small budget, create results and can come up with great creative ideas base on briefs.

A funny commercial to promote tourism in Switzerland, but not the ordinary tourism you would expect that is. Everybody sees Switzerland as a country with beautiful nature and mountains, but there is more to it. In this advert they are attracting people to do a city trip to Switzerland, good shopping, good food, nice parties and a big dose of culture.

CLM BBDO was voted creative agency of the year in France. They made this thank you letter, but strangely it’s not for their customers.

Gift a Stranger, is an interactive Christmas site built by Happiness Brussels. The site’s purpose is to share Christmas, wherever they may be, by sharing gifts with strangers. The website Gift a Stranger, used Google’s Reverse Geocoding functionality to randomly select an address anywhere in the world.

This ad was published in the Clio Winners Book. Hasan&Partners won a bronze Clio and they wanted to congratulate other winners. This message only works for people in the world of advertising.

CG artist Max Luère made this three-minute short film telling the story of the life of Alex Droner. His complete story is seen through his Facebook profile. It’s amazing how you can tell a story just by using the Facebook live feed.

Last week the 3d episode of the 22nd season of the popular television series The Simpsons aired. Every episode starts with a unique situation, the famous ‘couch gag’. Fans always look forward to this special intro. In this episode something really special happened with the couch gag, it was storyboarded and directed by none other than the famous street artist Banksy. It’s the first time ever an artist has been invited to do this. Banksy pursues his reputation by shocking and bashing on society. Surprisingly the network executives gave a green light to air this.
