Terra TV is an Internet subsidiary of Telefónica de España (Spanish telecommunication company). On their site they have millions of videos regarding humor, music, animals, cars, sports, lifestyle, etc.. But they also have an adult compartment.
And because some youngsters under 18 tend to ‘accidentally’ click on the adult part, Terra TV made this sexy yet annoying interactive video to warn them..

The purpose of an advertising agency is to help out their clients to promote a product or service in a creative way. But sometimes (often in times of crisis) you have agencies promoting themselve. Iskiam Jara, a Spanish agency, is a perfect example of the concept ‘agency self-promo’. And although it was to wish these companies a happy new year, this creative piece of direct mailing surprised many.
“Here is our blood.”
The lucky companies received these stylish boxes with a tube in filled with blood. It said “It was once thought that creativity was an indefinable concept, but research showed that it is a natural activity in influencing genetic, environmental and haphazard. It’s stable, durable and unique to each human being. So you want to share our DNA, so that this coming year we have at your side. Come to bleed for you. You choose, clone or account with us.”
Seat and the Spanish agency Atletico Iternational made a pretty odd commercial to promote their new SEAT Ibiza Cupra. It shows Cupido, disguised as an hardcore biker hanging above a Seat and shooting everyone that he sees with his giant ‘love arrows’..
What’s the message behind this commercial? Well: See it, Love it!

Havaianas, thongs, pluggers, flip-flops or jandals. Call them whatever you want, but everybody knows what they are. It’s the south american outdoor footwear, consisting of a flat sole held loosely on the foot by a Y-shaped strap.
Not only very popular during the warm seasons: from the beach to the mountains, from the sand to the snow, it doesnt matter: it’s always summer with Havaianas.
And to prove that, they’ve made an amusing video..

This is an older ad for the Madrid Metro, directed by animation and special effects expert Gabe Ibañez of Miami-based production company Peliculas Ponder. Why would you drive a car in the city if you had an easier way of transportation?

The Ramon Rubial Fundation is a Spanish organisation which specializes in helping all Spanish people who left their country in the past. These forms of aid are very widespread from administrative work to information campaingns. This information campaign in particular is really nice! It’s just a simple idea, but the execution is flawless. Remember kids, don’t do drugs!
Company: Ramon Rubial Fundation Agency: JWT Spain Country: Spain
“Perhaps you can’t see us, but we are there” is the slogan for this advertising campaign. It’s a subtle reaction towards the media. The only time you can see these aid agencies in the news is when a disaster happened. For example the earth quake in Sumatra, now you hear lot’s of people are helping, but actually these organisations help people all of the time!!
I also love the photography for this one, can somebody tell me if there has been a lot of post production? Especially the third one looks kinda unnatural…

Meet Quique, he was born in Rosario, Argentina on the 20th of June, 1982.
Quique is a medical wonder, because he was born without a body. Doctors always said that it would be impossible for Quique to transplant his head on a body, but because of modern technology doctors give him a new chance..
Now he’s searching for someone that is willing to donate his body! Check out his website!
This movie is made for Diesel to promote it’s new helmets. The guy who came up with this idea must have a lot of perseverance. Imagine if you would be the manager of Diesel and someone of your team would say “Hey, to promoto our helmets, let’s make a campaign about somebody without a body..”

WWF used a a gaint paint can as the mouth of a river. One placed in the countryside and the other one in Tokyo. The slogan that goes with the prints is: “A single tin of paint can pollute millions of litres of water.” This is a 2007 winner at Cannes Lions by the way.
