Floodaid.com.au was created during the flood crisis in Brisbane Australia. The initiative was launched during! the crisis. In less than 72 hours after the beginning of the floods the website was online. It’s a social media instrument to connect people that need help with people that can help. To promote the website they’ve created these cool stencils that were placed in flooded areas, it looks like the text was partially erased by the floods.

The last few years street-art is becoming more popular, especially under the influence of London’s street artist Banksy. Obviously advertisers are using the medium of the street more and more these days. DraftFCB created this stencil for the television show ‘Psychic Investigators’, in the show they discover crimes by using their mind and nothing else. The image of a human brain has been formed by outlines of bodies, exactly as in a murder scene.
