Qualcomm is an American telecommunications company and came up with this cool stunt. They put up a poster featuring a URL in some bus stops. They then waited for people to visit the mobile site and when they pressed the button, the fun began. Watch to see what happens..

Oi, a telecom provider from Brazil, is hoping to make everyone believe in the magic of Christmas one more time. That’s why it created the Magical Payphone, a device that connected kids with Santa Claus. Installed in Rio de Janeiro, the special payphone was available to kids walking by with their parents. Once they made the call, the kids would chat with Santa. But it was much more than a telephone call. Big surprises were prepared for the kids: lost elves, gifts and even a mapped projection with snow and a choir of kids. Everything to make a great experience for the children and everyone watching.

AT&T is promoting the new Samsung Infuse 4G smartphone with a series of television commercials featuring cute animals. Three screen tests use a kitten, a frog and a goldfish to reveal the insight, “Colors so real, it’s almost unreal”.

Turkcell was looking to promote their new smartphones bundled with mobile internet. The campaign featured the smartphone, which was packed in gift boxes and covered with post-its. Players had to tweet what was written on the post-its to unwrap the boxes.


Vodafone: Map projection

Vodafone organized the first interactive mapping projections. Passers-by were able to experiment with a unique interactive experience, which was projected onto one of the most emblematic buildings of Madrid in Plaza de España. With their hands, they were able to use a Samsung Galaxy tab to control these projections. This spectacular mapping projection was themed around the galaxy for added effect.


Tele2: Giant Phonebooth

For launching Tele2’s latest product, the Swedish agency Forsman & Bodenfors created this strange abribus. In the three largest cities of Sweden they built giant, actually working phone booths. All passers could try ‘the product’ and call someone for free with the giant telephone. Moreover a competition was organized; every now and then the giant phone rang and whoever picked it up, received a great prize.
