Gary saved 1000 pounds on his household bills at Moneysupermarket and now he feels epic! This commercial has a nice eighties feel to it with a soundtrack which reminds you of the A-team. It’s this kind of commercial which can go very wrong. But if you do it right, like they did with this one, it can turn out to be, well, epic we guess?

Who doesn’t know the famous ‘are you talking to me?’ scene from Taxi Driver? Well you can see film differently and ask yourself where Robert De Niro got the inspiration for this line. Check out this commercial for Volkswagen and see what could have happened. After the jump you can see a version for Silence of the lambs as well, which is equally brilliant.
