Everybody knows Chatroulette, the websites that matches you up with strangers for video, audio, and text chat. Well the Belgian agency Famous thought of an idea to match people with abandoned cats: Catroulette. The website showcases random short videos of cats available for adoption in Belgium. You can adopt them or skip to see another cat. Brilliant!

Vimeo is a U.S.-based video-sharing website on which users can upload, share and view videos. It is most known as the main competitor of Youtube. Since the launch in 2004, Vimeo has now become the most qualitative video platform online.



In June (7-9), Vimeo is giving its Award Show for the best videos in categories like music videos, animation, action sports, motion graphics and many more. The most interesting category is evidentially advertising. The shortlist contains 12 brands with each their own short video.

The Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is dead. His death was announced after transitional forces claimed control of Sirte, Col Gaddafi’s birthplace, following weeks of fierce fighting and is for many the beginning of a hoped-for political, economic and moral renaissance.

Directed by Jake Lunt, the film was shot over 4 days in east London locations with hundreds of costume changes. The music was commissioned from Oscar nominated genius Tristin Norwell who took a simple tune and interpreted it for each decade over 100 years.”
