Last week we’ve posted this hilarious commercial for old spice. Today we found another one, it’s not as good as the previous one, but it’s still really entertaining. You have to admit the tagline is really smart: ‘ I’m a man and I smell like a man. But sometimes I like to smell like a different smelling man. The point is men need a variety of scents so Old Spice makes a variety of scents.’
See alternative endings after the jump.
This is probably one of the best and funniest ads released this year. It aired on Super Bowl Sunday off course. In 3 weeks the Youtube video has been watched over 4 million times! But next to being funny it’s also amazingly made. Believe it or not but this commercial is made in one continuous shot! No fancy editing or CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery), the only thing they’ve edited is the little part with the diamonds. So how are they doing this? After the jump you can see the making of, and it’s just hilarious if you know how they’ve managed to do this.
I’m on a horse….

Beautiful commercial for P&G (Proctor & Gamble) entitled “You’ll Never Walk Alone” featuring the music of Shirley Bassey. The touching commercial purely says Thank You, Mom for all the wonderful things you do.

Procter & Gamble is an official sponsor for the 2010 Vancouver winter Olympics. In this spot they don’t look at the Olympics from the perspective of an athlete, but they put themselves in the place of the parents. Mothers will always be concerned about the welfare of their child, no matter how old or experienced they are. Therefore the slogan says: “To their moms, they’ll always be kids”

Nike launched their new commercial called ‘Human chain’; the remarkable thing about this spot is the fact the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics aren’t mentioned at all. This spot was released just before the opening ceremony to celebrate the place of perseverance in athletic disciplines.

Coca Cola has two spots in the 2010 Super Bowl advertising line up, one featuring Montgomery Burns of The Simpsons, the other, featuring a somnambulist.
In Sleepwalker, a sleeping man rises and goes on a sleepwalking safari across the African savanna. Pulled subconsciously by his thirst, he shows its worth braving the teeth, trunks and jaws of the African night to enjoy an ice-cold Coke.

We all know students are having a really hard time at the moment, at least here in Belgium we do. The return of the exams twice a year, and the pressure this brings is killing (or should be at least…). With this new commercial Coca-Cola is linking the drink with these exams. Another feel good spot for Coca-Cola, hopefully it can make some students smile.
