This commercial has been made by, Ruf Lanz Werbeagentur AG. It shows money bills, evoluting into all kind of animals. They refer to their bank as an institution which keeps on growing. In the end the money bill changes into a man, showing their capability as a bank.
It reminds us of the commercial made by Bontrust, who also had more or less the same idea, altough the ending is uncomparable
