Proximus, a Belgian provider of telephone services, introduces the first consumer generated tv-spot. They asked youngsters to take pictures of scenes they had drawn frame per frame. The pictures that were sent in were placed behind each other. Thanks to the stop motion technic the first tv-spot made by consumers is a fact.
