In Africa every year, more than 1,6 million people die from AIDS due to a lack of access to anti-virus treatments. To create awareness for this problem a nomadic installation made out of 321 individual tiny clocks was placed in Paris. At a set time, twice a day the 963 hand of the clock aligned themselves to form the following message: Every 12 hours in Africa, over 2000 people die from AIDS because they have no access to care. At the bottom of the installation the message “Every minute counts” was written.
