Dogs wag their tails when they are happy. So BR4Dogs developed this wearable device for dogs, which measures how much they wag their tail. A very clever way to see if your dog is happy. It's a bit odd to check your smart phone to see if your dog is happy, instead of just checking in real life, but it's definitely a fun gadget.
