#Whowillyouhelp? is an advertising campaign created by the city Ontario and Leo Burnett, Toronto. The campaign serves to raise awareness of public responsibility for response to sexual harassment and shows disturbing vignettes of women being assaulted by men while onlookers are asked to say nothing.
