I haven't read the book, but the concept is not quite right. These people COULD come back as those animals -- if after death they chose to do so. There can be no scientific evidence of what happens after death, but there is remarkably consistent evidence from some past life recalls, and from clinical death experiences. The indication is that a Superior Person with unshakeable, unconditional love guides us through re-experiencing our life, but so we feel the emotions our actions induced in others. This is very powerful for motivating us to choose a future life that gives opportunities for lessons we choose to learn, and restitution we consider necessary. So, Bill Gates would need to find a need to return as a Llama, which is highly unlikely. :) Bob http://bobswriting.com
