The NAS worked with creative agency Don’t Panic to make the film. It follows the plight of an autistic girl who becomes overwhelmed when she isn’t given enough time to process information. It’s been reported that many autistic people and families will avoid public situations for this very reason. Holly’s daring announcement is a testament to her passion for increasing everyone’s understanding of autism. She explained, “sometimes I get really upset that people do not understand autism. But I hope this campaign will help improve understanding and make other people who are autistic feel more accepted”
