Norwegian bank DNB has taken a bold approach to highlighting their 24 hour customer service, they purchased every ad on Norway’s biggest TV channel, TV2. The day long campaign, on Sept. 19th, saw every ad break feature crowd sourced video of Norwegian citizens offering advice on a variety of topics.
