Car commercials are most of the time all about big egos and powerful cars, this makes them pretty boring sometimes. But this campaign is the complete opposite. TBWA Toronto say they have found a way ‘to shoot a car commercial: one tenth the size, but 10X cooler’.
They actually used RC (remote controlled) cars in the ad instead of real cars. Together with some great camera work this spot is just amazing.
Cool detail is the fact they shot the biggest part of the spot with Canon 5D photo cameras, so no fancy HD film cameras.
