It looks like a video from a sect, but actually it is the newest commercial from Paypal, called voices. Featuring over 100 people, repeating the same thing, the video is a nice mash-up of all the voices and faces from the actors.
PayPal is an online money transfer company. They are asking themselves if they can change the way we pay. With this campaign they are offering their platform to third party developers. Everybody can submit ideas on Twitter of on the official website . O
