Eichborn is a German publisher, in their logo they have used a fly. To promote their exhibition stand at the Franfurt Book Fair, they prepared 200 flies with an ultra light banner. They claim there were no flies harmed because the banner was attached with natural wax. After a short time the banner dropped off by itself. But if you look at these poor things… I’m not sure if this would have been good for these insects. Tip to all companies before using animals in a promotion campaign: think twice! I’m sure there will be a lot of animal right fighters protesting against this.
