Undocumented migrants are people who avoid authorities and don’t visit normal hospitals for fear of getting deported. But how do you get your message across to people living off the grid? People, who don’t read newspapers, check Facebook, look at posters, or even speak the language?
The target audience is very diverse, but have one thing in common: Most seem to make a modest living by collecting recycling bottles. So ad agency Konstellation and the Red Cross came up with the an alternative solution: The CANpaign.
